Việc phát triển thành phố thông minh gắn liền với yếu tố phát triển con người. Những người sống ở đô thị thông minh sẽ có nhiều cơ hội để thành công. Họ được tiếp cận nền giáo dục chất lượng cao, chăm sóc sức khỏe tốt, cùng với nền tảng hạ tầng và dịch vụ phục vụ tốt hơn cho công việc. Cục Thông tin KH&CN quốc gia trân trọng kính gửi đến các nhà khoa học những nghiên cứu mới nhất về SMART CITY trên thế giới. Bao gồm những bài viết đã được xuất bản chính thức và các bài viết được chấp nhận đăng trên những cơ sở dữ liệu học thuật chính thống năm 2021.
