Do ảnh hưởng của biến đổi khí hậu, thiên tai diễn ra ngày càng bất thường, khốc liệt và không theo quy luật. Để chủ động phòng, chống có hiệu quả thì việc dự báo sớm được các hình thái diễn biến của thiên tai có ý nghĩa rất quan trọng để giảm đến mức thấp nhất thiệt hại có thể xảy ra. Để hiểu rõ hơn Cục Thông tin khoa học và công nghệ quốc gia xin giới thiệu một số bài nghiên cứu đã được xuất bản chính thức và các bài viết được chấp nhận đăng trên những cơ sở dữ liệu học thuật chính thống.
